1. Platform Role & Intermediary Status

ProMarket operates strictly as an online technology venue connecting independent customers ("Clients") seeking services with third-party service providers ("Contractors"). ProMarket is NOT an employer, broker, agent, insurer, or quality assurance representative for any party using the platform.

2. Limitation of Liability & Wrongful Work Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall ProMarket, its owners, affiliates, or employees be held liable or responsible for:

• Any unsatisfactory, defective, uncompleted, or improper service performance by Contractors.
• Financial disputes, pricing disagreements, non-payment, or property damage resulting from services arranged via the platform.
• Personal injury, losses, or legal liabilities arising from interactions between Clients and Contractors.

Any contracts, agreements, warranties, or price quotes are strictly negotiated directly between the Client and the Contractor. All disputes must be settled directly between the involved parties.

3. User & Contractor Responsibilities

For Contractors: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary trade licenses, certifications, insurances, and qualifications required by local regulations to perform your advertised services.

For Clients: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, verifying licenses/insurance, and inspecting work quality prior to releasing payments to Contractors.

4. Third-Party Links & Communication

Direct communication, calls, or arrangements conducted off-platform remain entirely the responsibility of the participating individuals.

5. Modifications to Terms

ProMarket reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
